What data we collect
- Contact and quote forms: name, email, phone, subject, budget range, the service you are interested in and your message.
- AI assistant (when enabled): the chat content and the name and phone number you give the assistant; chats are recorded for service quality.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited; see our Cookie Policy for cookies.
Why we process it
We process your data to answer your request, prepare a proposal, conduct contract discussions, keep the site secure and performant, and, only where you have consented, measure visits and advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties and do not use it for marketing without your permission.
Who we share it with
The hosting provider that runs the site, our email infrastructure, Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Pixel) if you consent, and the model provider that generates the AI assistant's replies access data only to deliver the service. We do not share it with anyone else unless required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep form and chat records for as long as your request is being handled and for the limitation periods set by applicable law; technical logs are kept for a limited time for security and error analysis. When the period ends we delete or anonymise the data.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing and withdraw any consent you have given. Write to info@koddatasoft.com for any request. We update this policy when needed; the current version is always published on this page.
