Data Protection Notice

This notice explains how Koddata Software, as data controller, processes your personal data under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, for visitors outside Türkiye, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we process and why

• Identity and contact data (name, email, phone): to answer your request, prepare a proposal and run the contract process.
• Request content (message, budget range, service of interest, chats with the assistant): to understand your needs and make the right proposal.
• Security data (IP address, browser and device information, access logs): to keep the site secure and meet legal obligations.
• Measurement and advertising data (cookie identifiers, visit statistics): only with your explicit consent, to measure site usage and advertising performance.

Legal bases

Under Article 5 of the KVKK we rely on the processing being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, the legitimate interests of the controller, compliance with legal obligations and, for measurement and advertising cookies, your explicit consent; under the GDPR we rely on contract, legitimate interest and consent.

Transfers

Your data may be transferred to hosting and email providers to deliver the service; to Google and Meta with your consent; and, when the AI assistant is enabled, to the model provider that generates its replies. Some of these providers may be located abroad; transfers are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK and the relevant GDPR provisions. Your data is not shared with anyone else unless required by law.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set by applicable law; after that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK and Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR you may learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it is, learn whether it is used for its purpose, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, request deletion or destruction, object to processing, withdraw your consent and claim compensation if you suffer damage. If you are not satisfied with the outcome you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or, in the EU, to your local supervisory authority.
