Small and mid-size businesses deal with a steady stream of repetitive work: answering the same customer questions on WhatsApp, re-entering the same invoice fields by hand, chasing a workflow across three different tools. None of it has the volume to justify a dedicated automation team.

Off-the-shelf chatbot tools handle generic questions fine and fall apart the moment a customer asks something specific to the business, like stock availability or an order status.

We built a product family rather than a single tool: a WhatsApp assistant connected to the business's own data, so it can answer business-specific questions, n8n workflows that automate handoffs between systems, and a document and invoice pipeline that extracts structured fields instead of requiring manual entry.
